Although, will not have access to view listings.
Vendor Direct Listings on Real Engine are properties listed by the property owner, commonly known as ‘For Sale by Owner’ or ‘FSBO’.
Our Automated Referral Agreement enables Buyers Agents, and professional buyers to list property to Real Engine with the option to activate a referral agreement. This will show details of the property but omit the property address, limited to the suburb in which it is located.
If another Buyers Agent wishes to know the address details to collaborate on the property, they can execute the referral agreement to view complete information.Â
Only Agents who have executed the Agreement can see the address.
Yes. The Automated Referral Agreement is a digital agreement that is legally binding. A record of the agreement will remain on the Real Engine database.
In the future, users can export a digital agreement for their own record, while the record will still be archived on Real Engine.
